A student of Steven Covey’s principals for being highly successful in life, Angela enjoys teaching others how to live proactively! Proactive living is essential for living a full life, decreasing stress, and having optimal wellness. Proactive living concepts are conveyed such as taking responsibility for one’s own life (fitness level, relationships, job performance, stress levels, mistakes, weaknesses, etc), disciplining focus onto areas one CAN control while releasing focus from areas one cannot control to gain more personal power, and being aware of our most important life objectives.
